We just stayed one night on our way to visit family in Phoenix. Great location to spend the night. James was very friendly and great to talk to. Made us feel right at home. Bout fell over when he said just $20. With W/E/S level gravel site and great WIFI I was thinking a lot more and would pay it. We will stay here again. Nice place for a down day when on the road.

I called to make a reservation, got James (the owner) expected the usual "give me all your CC info" - nope, he put a reserved sign on my spot, and told me how to pay the very modest $20.00 overnight fee when I got here. Had driven in rain all day, park was soaked but gravel roads in great shape, easy in / out access for my 43' DP flat towing. only 8 sites, he could have crammed more in but instead he opted to give campers more space. Beautiful views of vineyards and woods, walking trails, common spaces, convenient 2.6 miles or so from I 40 so NO FREEWAY NOISE! I will put this on my favorite stops...
To James, we RVrs LOVE a good deal but not good for anyone if you don't make $ and stay in business. I regularly stay at places with less space, view etc and pay more, you wouldn't lose my business if you charged more...

Thanks for a nice quiet overnight, I will be back!

Loved this park. Easy in and out. Pet friendly and with wide open areas for off leash play. Close by wineries. Limited number of sites, book ahead. Friendly.
Allison in Jay, FL *****
This RV park is a hidden gem. Right in the middle of vineyards, it is peaceful, the scenery is beautiful, the sites are nice and big, plenty of grass and trails for dog walking, we loved it. James, the owner, is a wonderful guy. We had a problem with our RV and he let us stay all day after we were suppose to check out and even came by to check on us. I highly recommend Grape County and plan to go back.

We absolutely love this little park. Situated directly across the road (quiet little secondary road), is a beautiful grape vineyard; in fact, they call this wine country and it's evident all around. If you like peace and quiet, you'll love this place. The campground is perfectly level, and everything is immaculate. Met James, who is a nice country fella, willing to help for any of our needs. Just a great place to live for a while... we'll be back!

We loved staying here! So peaceful! You are in the middle of the beautiful countryside of AR. Who knew AR had mountains? We stayed with our four kids who loved exploring the grounds. There are trails that you can hike on and a beautiful grassy area for playing or relaxing. There’s a fire pit and wood for use as well. We were also grateful for the storm shelter on site as we had a short storm just after arriving. One night was def not long enough. Would love to stay longer next time. James was a wonderful host who drove over after work and welcomed us, making sure we had all that we needed.

Peaceful, small but full hookups, very nice setup near the vineyards. James is very personable and friendly. If your looking for some peace and quit this is the place. There are several paths for exploring and one of the wine tasting houses is right down the road. I especially liked that there is a storm shelter on site. Would definitely recommend this RVPark

This was our first trip in an RV and we overnighted here. James flagged us in at night in the rain, then helped us set up. He gave us pointers that helped us a lot the rest of our trip. Beautiful sunrise and the location was perfect. We highly recommend this park. Next time we plan to stay longer.
Gran Casita in Paso Robles, CA *****
Top notch equipment at this quaint RV park. James, the park owner is very meticulous about keeping the grounds neat & clean. James’ pride in his park shows as the electrical pedestal, water & sewer connections are expertly installed & maintained. The sites are wide & accommodates any size rigs. There is also a storm shelter on-site in the event you are traveling during severe weather. I thought this was a very thoughtful touch & I haven’t seen this feature at any other park. Gave us an extra sense of security! James was immediately responsive to our initial reservation & gave us several local recommendations after we arrived. I highly recommend a stop here if you are in the area, which is in Arkansas’ renowned wine region. I will most certainly return for a stay here if my future travels bring me near! Thanks James!
